Project and land with valid building permit Prague-Hostivař

The subject of the tender is the project and land with a valid building permit in Prague-Hostivař. Within the project was designed a polyfunctional building, which is located within reach of the historical center of the town and at the same time close to nature, on plots no. 1761/26, 1740/31, 1740/37, 1740/92 and 1761/25, cadastral area Hostivař, Prague 10. The building is designed according to the town plan of the capital city of Prague in a built up and stabilized area.

The land is currently not used and there is no building. At the boundary of the plot there are utilities (drinking water, sewerage and electrical).

Object 01 - the basement is intended primarily for storage (cellar for apartment equipment etc.). The ground floor is designed as a showroom with backgrounds. Other floors are designed for living.

Object 02 - the basement is designed for parking cars. The ground floor is divided into a part of a showroom, a parking space and a car service center. Other floors are designed as offices with backgrounds.

Object 03 - basement is designed for parking of cars, freight elevator for passenger cars and technological part of car wash. On the ground floor there is a part of the car service with associated parking, a car wash (not for the public) and a freight elevator for passenger cars. On the other above-ground floors there is a parking space for cars and car service.
