Areal at D2 motorway (Brno-Bratislava) - "Old Plant Gbely", 137 326 m²

The area is a complex consisting of two operations:

• the section "Zastávka" ("Stop")
This part began to be built in the 1950s, so the oldest building is from 1955, on the other hand the youngest was built in 1998. There are large production and storage halls with an area of ​​11 921 m², of which 8 412 m² were heated, unheated 3 509 m², and free paved areas for storing and handling material with an area of ​​40.202 m².
The total area is 93 804 m² and is partly fenced with a concrete wall, partly with meshe fence.
The complex is equipped with complete utilities:
- drinking water connection (DN100)
- power connection - 400 kVA transformer
- gas connection (DN100, PN6)
- computer and telecommunication network and camera system
- a central gas boiler with central heating systems in buildings
These networks are distributed through internal distribution throughout the site and to individual buildings. Considering that the entire site is listed as an industrial and production zone in the urban plan of the city of Gbely and is outside any residential area, a wide range of use is possible, from the logistics and storage center to the light to heavy industry.

There are heated office buildings, sanitary facilities, workshops and garages, all on a built-up area of ​​2 752 m². The entire area covers 44 745 m², of which 14 367 m² are paved.
This part is also equipped with complete utilities:

- separate water connection
- a connection and electricity distribution in common with the "Stop" Zone
- computer and telecommunication network and camera system
- a central gas boiler with central heating systems in buildings
- the use of this area is also multilateral, similar to the "Stop" area
