Property right in the center of Mikulov in the square, in its lower part. The corner object of an atypical architectural design, built and approved in 1993. The entire building is made with many above-standard elements.

The object of an atypical layout, built on the original underground floor with vaulted ceilings. Inside the building there are two staircases and a covered glassed-in footbridge, two personal lifts and accommodation spaces designed for visits. Partial reconstruction took place in 2001.

Ground floor consists of a representative entrance hall for clients. On the second floor there is another client hall divided into two parts. The third floor is divided into two parts as well, these parts are connected by a footbridge and in each of them there is a meeting room. The entrance to the turret with a meeting room overlooking Mikulov is on the left. On the fourth floor there are two accommodation units with their own sanitary facilities, accessible by a special entrance.

The subject of sale includes a built-in chamber vault, safety deposit boxes, built-in art objects (paintings in the meeting room), indoor fountain and a gilded statue supporting the roof of the building (from the famous artist Nikos Armutidis).
