We have just completed the sale, for a foreign owner, one of the last free undivided areas for retail/residential purposes near the centre of Brno. The new owner is planning residential construction in this location, supplemented by commercial premises.

For our foreign client we organized a two-round non-public tender for the sale of its production site in the wider center of Brno with great development potential. We actively picked out and addressed potential buyers, mostly from our business partners, and presented them in detail. Several serious candidates have entered the tender. All negotiations were conducted in English. The enormous success was that we had searched the candidate in record time in less than a month, achieved a high purchase price for the seller and completed the transaction including signing the transfer documentation.

The area is excellently accessible and can be used for the construction of modern apartment buildings, shopping galleries with sufficient parking space, office center with relaxation zones, restaurants and many services, with representative spaces overlooking the river Svratka and the most important monuments in Brno.

The complex consists of an administrative building, several production halls and several objects adjacent to each other, with a total built-up area of ​​13 156 m².
